Sports Cynts Show Recipe Ingredients for March 12, 2010

If you want to follow along with the recipes, below are the ingredients you'll need to prepare them.

Chicken Floren-teeny

2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breast strips
Salt and pepper or your favorite seasonings to taste
1 - 15 oz. container ricotta cheese
1 – 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Mixing bowl
Glass baking dish
Pam cooking spray
Foil paper

Coconut Macaroons

2 – 7 oz packages flaked coconut
1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract
Mixing bowl
Parchment paper
Baking sheet
