Sports Cynts Show Recipe Ingredients for March 5, 2010

If you want to follow along with the recipes, below are the ingredients you'll need to prepare them.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

4 Medium Green Bell Peppers
1 pound ground beef
¼ Cup Onion chopped
¼ Cup Bell Pepper chopped
1 - 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
or
Your favorite seasoning
1¼ Cup cooked rice
1/3 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mixing bowl
Round baking/cake pan
Foil paper


Stuffed Apples

4 medium apples (the type of your choice)
¼ Cup brown sugar
¼ Cup sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
½ Cup chopped walnuts
Mixing bowl
Parchment paper
Round baking/cake pan
